Let’s Lead Bangladesh is a flagship project of Green Man under its Youth Development Program. This is a volunteer program designed to equip young individuals with essential life and leadership skills, empowering them to become change-makers in their communities. Through targeted training programs, the project fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and entrepreneurship. It also encourages

collaboration and innovation, helping youth take active roles in addressing social challenges, promoting social justice, and driving sustainable development in Bangladesh. The project aims to create a generation of informed, proactive leaders committed to positive societal transformation.

This initiative not only deepens their understanding of history, culture, and personal development but also nurtures critical thinking and a lifelong love for reading. We work with students across various educational levels, from primary to higher secondary.
